When we talk about Organizational Development in AIESEC, we talk about Organizational Strategy. When we talk about OD as Organizational Strategy, it means it is the area that drives the main macro-strategies for the entity when we deal with Network Development. We say that OD (and the OD model) exists to clarify the path that will drive AK to grow sustainably.
This is an area that deals with long term strategies for the network, mainly introduced through the Organizational Development Model.
The main OD responsibilities include:
Alignment with global direction and long term strategies (such as A2020)
Organizational Development Model; the model itself, the Growth Model and the Implementation channels;
Alignment of all networks to develop the national network as a whole
Strategies for consultancy and support to the national network
Systems, strategies, and platforms to ensure network connectivity, alignment and performance
Support and alignment of LC planning, development and achievement
